On our first day back after the half term holiday, Y6 organised their own Ash Wednesday prayer and liturgy. They decided how to set up the prayer focus and how we could represent the ashes by using charcoal. They demonstrated what receiving the ashes meant to them through prayer and art. It was a very reverent prayer service. Well done Y6.
